CCPA opt-out & consumer rights: Lessons learned in practice

Global  privacy  laws like the CCPA and GDPR have changed the way organisations are responding to data subject and consumer rights requests. With the increased number of data breaches, companies across all industries face increased challenges when asked to respond to consumer requests for personal data. In this session, we’ll dive deep into more efficient ways to discover consumer data across IT ecosystems with the help of targeted data discovery, ultimately fulfilling and automating consumer data requests and adhering to global privacy regulations.

The webinar will be hosted by Kelsey Nascheck, Privacy Engineer, CIPP/E, CIPM, OneTrust and will give attendees a detailed look at the CCPA and will give a deeper understanding of the new consumer rights requirements under the CCPA.

In addition, the webinar will cover more efficient ways to discover consumer data across IT ecosystems with the help of targeted data discovery. Finally, attendees will leave with an action plan for how to fulfil and automate consumer data requests and adhere to global privacy regulations.
