Samuel is a Senior Data Protection Consultant in the Data Protection Team at Gemserv. Holding a PhD in Law with focus on “Consumer law in the digital economy” Samuel is a French Qualified Lawyer, with over four years of experience in providing legal advice in intellectual property, information technology, contract drafting, commercial litigation and of course data protection.

Samuel is a Certified Information Privacy Professional/Europe (CIPP/E) and has an excellent knowledge of the international digital market. His work also focuses on blockchain technology with data protection requirements.
