OneTrust, a privacy management and marketing compliance software company, is a strategic leader in the global privacy management market, finds a report.
The report, from Ovum, an analyst and research firm, said that global privacy management requires a vast coordination of people, processes, and technology.
It said that “OneTrust has emerged as a strategic player in this space for their ability to harmonise compliance efforts across diverse business units and stakeholders.”
Paige Bartley, Senior Analyst, at Ovum, said: “Unlike GDPR specialty solutions that may quickly become obsolete with rapidly-evolving privacy regulations, OneTrust’s software and services are designed to adapt to the shifting compliance landscape: providing software companies with an approach they can mature with, rather than outgrow. OneTrust’s modular – but tightly integrated – approach allows the enterprise to address specific requirements and scale as needed.”
Kabir Barday, OneTrust CEO and Fellow of Information Privacy (FIP), said: “Jurisdictions across the globe are creating new requirements for data protection and companies will need to leverage a comprehensive, mature compliance solution that integrates with existing security, IT and marketing investments.”
The inaugural Data Protection World Forum (DPWF) will be held on November 20th & 21st 2018 at the ExCeL London which will provide a broader focus across the data protection and privacy space amidst the progressive tightening of global data protection laws.
Ahead of the end of year event, DPWF has launched a series of intensive workshops.
